London-based strategic advisor, academic and institutional leader with an extensive background spanning mathematics, business administration, education governance and human capital strategy.

She graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Mathematics, in 1998. Alongside her mathematical training, she completed advanced studies in computer programming, statistics and pedagogical formation, building a strong analytical and educational foundation early in her career.
She later pursued Business Administration at Istanbul Şehir University on a full scholarship and completed her master’s degree in Educational Management and Supervision at Marmara University. She subsequently earned her PhD at Marmara University with a doctoral thesis focused on the evaluation of managerial competencies through fuzzy logic-based decision models.

Professional biography
Her entire professional career has been built in the private sector, where she has held senior executive roles at institutional level. She served as General Director of an Istanbul-based private school, and as President and Board Member of a Private Schools Association, contributing to sector-wide governance and strategic positioning in education.
She later led a private human resources consultancy firm serving some of Türkiye’s most prominent and elite institutions. Under her leadership, organisations were supported in recruitment strategy, competency-based assessment systems, organisational development frameworks and long-term strategic planning models.
For approximately fourteen years, she was an active member of MÜSİAD, one of Türkiye’s most influential business networks representing over 11,000 members. She took part in the establishment of MÜSİAD Academy, contributing to the institutionalisation of intellectual and academic engagement within the business community.
In academia, she served as a lecturer at a foundation university in Türkiye, teaching courses including Data Management, Scientific Research Methods, Temperament Analysis and the Neurophysiology of Learning. She also acted as a consultant at Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy, where she delivered competency-based evaluation and development projects.
She currently serves as President of USIKAD United Kingdom, is a Trustee of the UK-based public benefit foundation Nida Trust, and is Chairwoman of Talent Access, a public benefit association focused on strategic talent and leadership development. Dr Uysal currently resides in London, where she continues to operate at the intersection of strategy, governance, education and cross-border institutional collaboration.
