About Belma UYSAL

She graduated from Istanbul University Mathematics Department in 1998. In addition to mathematics at the university, she also studied computer programming, statistics and teacher pedagogical formation.

In 2011, she started Istanbul Şehir University Business Administration (with 100% scholarship) program and master's degree with thesis in Marmara University education management and supervision. She completed the MBA program at Marmara University in 2015. She still continues her PhD studies at the same university and continues to write her PhD thesis.

After graduation, she gained all her work experience in the private sector. She was the general director of an Istanbul-based private school, and was the president of private schools association and a board member.

Turkey's largest and elite institutions has made the general manager of a private company providing services in the field of human resources. She has provided consultancy to organizations especially in recruitment, competency analysis, organisational development and strategic planning.

More than 11,000 members in nearly 10 years, which is a member of the organization MUSIAD elite businessmen of Turkey. She took part in the establishment process of MUSIAD Academy in order to continue the work for the business world at MUSIAD.

A foundation has been teaching as a lecturer at universities in Turkey. Her lectures include data management, scientific research methods, temperament analysis, and the neurophysiology of learning.

She worked as a consultant at Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy and carried out competency-based projects.
